1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 0kada platform available at 0kada.club (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of 0kada. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform and must cease all use immediately.

The term "0kada," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 0kada platform. The term "you" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 0kada Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be excluded from gambling activity under any self-exclusion program, court order, regulatory directive, or similar restriction.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person for the purposes of gambling on the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

0kada reserves the right to request documentation verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 0kada Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or name used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 0kada is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

0kada is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its Players. You agree to provide valid government-issued Philippine identification (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and such other documentation as may be requested. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 0kada support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 0kada will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

0kada supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods (subject to availability): GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of any payment method may change without prior notice. You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 0kada wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 0kada reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion where fraud, identity inconsistency, or regulatory concerns are identified.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the absence of any ongoing fraud investigation. 0kada targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes on average, though processing times may vary. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 0kada Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

0kada may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions, and time limits. Key general principles applicable to all 0kada bonuses include:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• The maximum bet amount while wagering a bonus is ₱500 per round or spin, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any resulting winnings being voided.
• 0kada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or any other abusive strategy is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 0kada Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform's systems. 0kada uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games and real-time live dealer streams for live casino games.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or system error that materially affects a game round, 0kada reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 0kada's decision on all gameplay disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0kada Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible;
• Registering or maintaining more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA);
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including arbitrage strategies designed to extract value without genuine gambling intent;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Platform's source code or backend infrastructure;
• Any other conduct that 0kada, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 0kada Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the property of 0kada or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 0kada Platform without express prior written consent from 0kada.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 0kada's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0kada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 0kada is not liable for losses resulting from your own decisions regarding bet sizing, game selection, or continuation of play.

10. Privacy & Data

0kada collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Responsible Gaming

0kada is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its Players. In line with this commitment, 0kada provides the following tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps settable by the Player at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinite duration. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the selected period and cannot be reversed once applied.

12. Suspension & Termination

0kada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• Fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected;
• A Player is found to be ineligible (including being under 21 years of age);
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority;
• The Player has requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon lawful account closure, any balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the Player net of any applicable deductions arising from bonus abuse, fraud investigations, or outstanding obligations, subject to successful KYC completion. Balances in accounts closed for violations may be forfeited.

13. Amendments

0kada reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with the updated "Last Updated" date. Where a material change is made, 0kada will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 0kada Platform shall first be referred to 0kada's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
